Dear experts,
I have set up an AverMedia Twinstar (model A825) TV card and its accompanying AverMedia Center software
I want to capture its TV signal from the VLC and stream it.
Howvever when I open the Media -> Open Capture Device and select the Capture Device tab, I cannot see the card when I select Capture mode= DirectShow.
Do I need to set up something else to make VLC see the card.
Or should I suppose that VLC cannot see the card at all and I have no chance to capture its TV signal

It is a DVB-T tuner. So you have to use Capture mode DVB DirectShow.
