Video is Shaking When Played

Hello, I searched everywhere for this but I didn't find a solution.
The problem is that many videos I play either with vlc or other media player, the video picture is shaking (mostly the header and the footer).
How do I fix this problem? I know many people already know about this.
Do I need more codecs? Or just certain configurations?

Information about current video that I play:
Format: .mkv
Video Decoder: ffdshow or mpc
Video: x264 @ 1800
Resolution: 960 x 720
Frame rate: 23.976

Let me know if I need to provide anything else.
*Oh I had version 1.0.1 and I updated to 1.1.5 and the problem still remains.

I tried all of them, problem still remains with each one.

VLC uses it's own codecs (so having ffdshow/mpc or more codecs won't make any difference).

Try skipping the loop filter for H.264 decoding:

That should make x264 videos playback smoother (may stop the "shaking").

Cheers, Arite.

That didn't work either.
Any more suggestions?

Here it is: http://hotfile.com/dl/91522564/d095669/ ... e.mkv.html
It's about 2 minutes, should be enough.
Yeah, it's dragonball (You should be watching) lol :D
Is it possible that the video is shaking because of itself?

The video itself is shaking.
