VLC Keeps hang during video playback

I usually able to watch movies on the VLC very well, until suddenly, it stops at the middle of the play. The movie is a FLV file with only one minute of lenght, and the image hangs at the 4th second. When i close the VLC normally, it won't close, until i kill the task at the Task manager, and that's all happening after playing a vid. So, to sum up, the VLC hangs after running a video at few first seconds, then completely freezing, until it is closed by killing the apps at the Task Manager. I got a lot of frame skips and got a lot of "waiting decoder fifos to empty".

Could you share us the problematic .flv file?

Hmm... It's actually on all flv files that i have (that running very well before). However, IDK but it seems the problem have been solved by updating DirectX. Thanks.

OK, it's back. However, i think i found the culprit. Every time i run this vid, it will cause the VLC to jam and will never run with other video.

How could i sent this vid? I can't upload it here due to the copyright of the content (did download this vid just to make it able to run because running this vid on their site is never a success. Not for sharing.)

could it be too high on cpu or hard drive usage ?

No problems in here. Do you use Windows XP?
