Macroblocks when DXVA is active

Postby Chancer » 11 Oct 2010 23:58

Since VLC added DXVA ability to ATI cards I've been using it with no problems.
Today I was rewatching this video I ripped, and it gets a lot of macroblocks when DXVA is activated. Nothing happens when DXVA is disabled, it plays as smooth as ever was.

Video info:

It's very notable on the golf scene and when the power goes out.
I don't know what might be happening. The bitrate is very low compared with full HD videos I play fine.

ATI HD4850 512 Mb
Core2Quad Q6600
2 GB RAM
