Subtitle delay in real time using hotkeys

So I press "g" or "h" and it's not being applied.
It just goes as it goes. Maybe you fix it already? It's really pain the ass going in options and setting it manually (subtitle delay), besides you never know what value to put in, so changing the delay in real-time would be awesome.
