I always get this message from VLC

Code: Select all

avcodec error: more than 5 seconds of late video -> dropping frame (computer too slow?) avcodec error: more than 5 seconds of late video -> dropping frame (computer too slow?) avcodec error: more than 5 seconds of late video -> dropping frame (computer too slow?) avcodec error: more than 5 seconds of late video -> dropping frame (computer too slow?) avcodec error: more than 5 seconds of late video -> dropping frame (computer too slow?) avcodec error: more than 5 seconds of late video -> dropping frame (computer too slow?)
Maybe VLC has problems with 120fps? (VLC VERSION 1.1.1,Windows Ultimate 64Bit)

hi ,

I got the same problem when I try to play a h.264 live stream that output from ffserver.
the message:
avcodec error: more than 5 seconds of late video -> dropping frame (computer too slow?)
the same I got,
even I use VLC 2.1.0-rc2.

it seems VLC does not fix this problem.
