How do I remove the vlc logo

When a video ends I see the vlc logo. How do I change / remove that.

That works temporarily. When I close and reopen VLC I would have to resize all over again. One main reason I like VLC is because it is small and doesn't feel the screen up. With the cone image stuck in place like that it feels up the screen. There should be an option to get rid of the cone. I want VLC back to the way it used to be.

No. It doesn't remember its size. That has not been my experience. It would be best if the logo portion could be deactivated altogether and VLC stayed small like it used to be. When the window size is that big it takes up the screen. Especially when I first start VLC because the window will start up maximized.
