Ok here's my problem. When i right click on single mp3 it has choice to play with VLC, when i double click on mp3it also opens with vlc, but how i open gooup of mpe files with VLC? When i mark group of mp3 files I am only able to add these files in WMP playlist but I don't have option to add this group in VLC playlist. Any playce from registry where I could directly add VLC on that menu?

Also Set program access and computer dafaults shows only WMP, and not VLC,I tried to reinstall VLC but no help.
Can Make vlc show up in file meno always? I mean like copy or paste is always in file menu.

The limit is something like 15 or 16 files. If you select more, Windows Explorer takes VLC away for some reason.

But can i fix it from registry or could VLC team fix it with next release?

7-zip is always there, no matter how many files i select, why cant vlc be like 7-zip? then it means 7-zip does something differenty cuz it doen't disapear when i select like 100 files. Just wondering if vlc could do that too? I have digged in registry, but i haven't found out what makes app always stay in menu.

does anyone know where in registry is written about how wmp handles mp3? I thought I could just replace wmp with vlc trough registry.
Damn, that wmp needs to start server in order to add items in playlist. -.-

We could if we knew where the problem comes. I haven't seen any MSDN page for this.

I asked from MS support formums and they sayd me to come here, and they were like who cares VLC it's theyre problem, not ours. I am wondering how can corbaration like M$ bee that hard ass.

One possible way is steal registry stuff from 7-zip setup, and modify keys for VLC, an other method is just injecting dll into explorer.exe that would control what context menu displays ( this last one was meant more as joke).
