VLC 1.10 - disable volume increase using laptop buttons

Hey, I have a Dell XPS M1710 Laptop that has inbuilt, Mute, Vol Decrease / Increase, Play / Pause, chapter Skip and Stop buttons.

In 1.05 when I pressed any of the buttons they had no impact on VLC, [E.g. Volume Up would raise the Windows volume] but in 1.10 they do.

Now, I like being able to play / pause in VLC using that button, but I wish I could stop it raising the VLC internal volume when pressing Vol Up or Down.

Is there any way to disable it doing this. I don't care if it disables all the buttons or some of them.

I've tried disable the Volume Hotkeys to no affect.

Cheers

Dave

No. Workaround is to focus some other program and press those keys, but naturally this won't work when fullscreen is on.

Which is what I've been doing,

Thanks

Also another minor bug. If I'm playing video FS and I double click on the video to go back to window mode, nothing happens, but If I press F it quickly goes back to window, then FS then back to Window. This doesn't always happen.

Cheers
