Persian subtitle problem

hi
I have installed recent vlc version 1.1.0 but when I play avi files a pop up window appears that want to make font cache after a few second playing runs but font of srt subtitle is not readale like this
ÇíäÌÇ ÈÑíã ÈíÑæä¿

vlc 1.05 didn't have such problem making cache, ...
whats the solution?(windows 7)

Hmm, change the subtitle encoding in preferneces.

J-B, the point is that we don't need to do that with v1.0.5, it's automatic and it's a great feature of VLC and I still wonder why this behaviour has been changed.
We obviously must go back to the automatic selection which is present in v1.0.5.
