If it happens with any file, first try to remove %appdata%\vlc folder. If that doesn't work, try different video output modules

I tried deleting the folder but doesn't helped; I can't change the video output cause I can't use any button, I can't acces the video configuration cause all the GUI seems to be only visual, I mean, nothing happens.
and BTW I can see videos, all is running perfect, the problem is the GUI, if I want Pause I need to use shortcut, the same for mute and all the other functions, the problem comes when I need to use some configurations for the subtitles, or if I want to use the timeline, etc... I repeat: the gui is the problem, not the video.

yes I can; even when I'm playing a video, but nothing happens if I press a button; I can even see the Preferences Dialog (if I press Ctr+P) but for nothing, none of the buttons work

Wow... yes it does!
I didn't notice it could be the tablet, but, that means that I need to use the pen every time I want to use the GUI?

QT4 interface has some issues with Wacom tablets (they were noticeable in 0.9.x newer) but now the problem seems to be worse.

I doubt that. http://bugreports.qt.nokia.com/browse/QTBUG-6127 the bug has been open for long time and no fix in sight.
