Internet stream cuts out when using VLC

I have a .pls file from DI.FM and the stream pops and cuts out and seemingly has to rebuffer every 15 minutes or so.

I do not have this problem when using OpenPlsInWMP 2.3.0 with Windows Media Player 12.

Anyone know what could be causing this?

Open Tools -> Messages... (set Verbosity to 2), it should complain when problems happen.

The stream cuts out right before

I played http://72.26.204.32:80/electrohouse_hi?03efaba950f079a over 30 minutes and I didn't get any issues.
