hi all,
i have a bunch of dual audio avi's (xvid/ac3/ac3) wich worked fine on my old windows XP pro machine, and found that vlc does not seem to recognize the presence of the second audio track. i've tried it with both the basic installer version and the windows 7 zip, but neither works... (by the way: windows media player defaults to the first audio track too and does not show a second track in the file information, but that didn't work on my old XP Pro PC either..)
when i play multi audio mkv's or ogm's VLC does work fine.
subtitles are no problem either.
anybody know of a solution for this?
i've tried searching the forum, but i either get 999 pages of hits, or only one or two that aren't relevant so i'm sorry if this question has already been asked but i couldn't find it.
