I have a question. I only listen to music in MP3 and MP4 formats, then ..

Why do I need 53MB or more in plugins?

How I can know that I can delete and plugins which are not?

Trial and error is fastest thing. Remove 10 plugins, and check if the playback still works (if not, half the amount to five etc.).

With defaults you are going to need at least libavformat_plugin.dll and libavcodec_plugin.dll + libqt4_plugin.dll, so the biggest .dll files are going to stay.
