x64 version?

Hello!

I use VLC Player under Win7 64bit. But, VLC seems only a 32bit application.
Exist a native x64 version of VLC?

Thanks:

You guys suck.

This support issue was raised almost 5 years ago now;

viewtopic.php?f=14&t=11470

I've come to this forum expecting a fix must have been sorted long ago and your main site not updated.

Most systems sold in my country are 64bit now, probably close to 100% for gaming machines. (I've just bought a mid range gaming desktop with win7 64bit which is why I was looking for new version)

You are now quickly becoming a legacy application because of your failure to resolve this issue.

A shame. VLAN was always my player of choice until now, I'll have to find something else.... like all of your current users will when they next upgrade and probably many who already have and you simply haven't heard from.

Kiwi.

32 bit version works fine in 64 bit systems. Ranting about the issue won't help at all.

this issue.
Which issue, what is the problem, how is the 32bit build not working in a fashion that you would expect a 64bit build to do better?
What do you presume a 64bit build will give you?
