Windows 7 issue

Postby maxbaron » 27 Apr 2010 19:38

Hi All,
I'm having some trouble to start the Web Interface with Winmdows 7.
If I try to select View->Add Interface->Web Interface, I'm unable to load the player through the browser (url: http://localhost:8080) and, at the same time, the message window shows the following error:

main error: polling error: Non-socket handle specified

Things to know:
1) there's no other application that use port 8080
2) no firewall
3) I'm using a user with administration rights
4) I'm trying to browse exclusively from local machine, not remote
5) VLC 1.0.5

Please, help me!
Max
