VLC streaming to Samsung TV?

Hi is it possible with the new version to to stream my video from a server (XP, or w2k3) to my TV Samsung UE70B7020?
If yes, how do I configure this?

Usually TVs can open files from DLNA compatible media servers and that is one thing that VLC doesn't support.
