This exe setup file is in My Documents and I've been trying to delete it but, it won't let me.

1. it is still running -> kill it
or
2. it is used by some other app -> kill this app

Restarting the computer usually fixes the issue. Another way is to use tool called Unlocker to unlock the file.

I tried restarting it, but it didn't work. How or where do I get this Unlocker program. Ty

And I forgot to say that when I downloaded this setup file, I think I stopped the download before it finished.
For that reason it got messed up and is causing this problem.
