Where did subtitles go??

As of 1.0.0 our subtitles are no longer available.
On 1.0.0 and above there is a 'subtitles track -> DVB subtitles' option however it doesn't display our subtitles.
Up to version 9.9 the menu option is subtitles track -> track-1 [English] and would display subtitles.
Anyone know what happened & how it can be fixed??

Which build did you try it with? I've tried it with the builds from the 7th & 8th but they didn't show.
I'm on XP and WIn7....
Thanks!

Trunk folders aka 1.1.0

Do get subtitles with 1.1.0 from trunk. They aren't placed correctly. But I'm not sure if that is VLC or the video. The other player we are using places them in the right spot but that isn't saying much yet!
Thanks for checking..

ed, subs may be placed right. They are marked a strange size (~2500x14xx).
I'm about to look at the HD subs code again; but initially it looks to spec.
Prior to 1.0, it did not support the HD spec - 0.8.6 just rendered pixel for pixel (so HD res subs worked).
They broke after 0.8.6 because vlc started to (correctly) scale up the subs assuming they were SD.
1.0.0 introduced the HD spec code where it may scale according to the DDS segment.
What are these subs made by?
