Stops playing the stream with the address RuTube.ru program VLC version 1.0.3 under Windows Vista x64.
The same stream plays an older program version 0.9.9, in which only true displays the total flow of play time: "00:00/00:-1".

What are the opportunities that you use the version 1.0.3 in compatibility mode with earlier versions?

Does the VLC 0.9.9 also give you

Yes, I'm seen it's in 1.0.3 version, but not seen in 0.9.9
