Hi,

I run this:

C:\Programmer\VideoLAN\vlc\vlc.exe ^
  --no-qt-privacy-ask ^
  --extraintf=http ^
    --http-host=0.0.0.0:80 ^
    --http-src=%MSET_VAR%\wwwroot ^
  --vlm-conf=%MSET_PRIVATE_BIN%\vlc-vlm.conf

I seems that when I add new files under ...\wwwroot they are not visible in my browser until I restart vlc, can this be true?
