- Operating System: Windows 7 x64 SP1
Firefox plug-in: can't play QuickTime trailers
I just get a black screen that says "Waiting for video". It doesn't matter if it's a regular video or HD. I can play the QuickTime movies on the VLC demo page just fine. Is this a known issue, and if so, will it be fixed?

Apple have tried to block any player other than Quicktime playing their files- you can get round it but you need to user agent spoof in firefox or a download manager - see this page at Dave's trailers for more info:
