how to play audio track 2 as default

First of all to mention is that I am not a native English speaker, so I apologize for the quality of this topic.
When I use a playlist and switch movie A to audo track 2, VLC switches back to audio track 1 as soon as a new video file is played from the playlist (movie B). I want VLC to stay at audio track 2 as long as I want to.
How can I do that?
Thanks for your help!

Set the option to default via Tools -> Preferences... (Show settings: All) and Input/codecs

Since I don't really know what the values exactly mean I tried all combinations that would make sense in any way: -2,-1,0,1,2 for "audio track" and "audio-track ID". Nothing worked.

Yes, I did. What is the right Option to change or what value do I have to set up?

audio track and audio-track ID should be right values if you want to always select number 2 audio track.
