after upgrading to version 102 issues!!!

after upgrading to version 102, my global & regular hot key only work 1% at a time, and when i pause a track either from hotkeys play/pause from keyboard OR...OR use the muse to click on the pause button on vlc ITSELF i get a click pop jerk audio sound then the music will pause....and it only happened on vlc now where else..wmp, media money..etc my OS: vista home prem x64

Does removing of %appdata%\vlc folder help?

So hotkey problem also exists in other programs when VLC isn't even running?

no, now the issue seems to gone away, but just everyonce in awhile the global hotkeys dont work
