I am really new at this so bear with me.
I am using WinXP SP3 and a 1.4gHz processor with 768 mb of memory
I am trying to play animusic files (.mov) and the audio plays fine but there is no or very distorted video.
They will not play in Quicktime either. However in Quicktime, I do get a still picture.
In the past they worked but for some reason no longer work.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated
