After every UPDATE Hotkeys changes are lost!!!

after every update WIN XP i have to rechange my hotkeys... and all changes to the settings!!

(yes i do NOT delete the settings when i deinstall bevor installing)

would be great if some one could help

VLC uninstaller may delete settings even if you don't select the option.

You can back-up the setting files. They are stored in %appdata%\vlc
