How to watch cable TV with VLC?

Hi there.

I tried to watch TV via cable TV with VLC, but wit no success.

I have Pinnacle PCTV, in Windows XP Pro Sp2.

What is going wrong? Can anyone hepl me solve this issue?

Open Tools -> Messages... (set Verbosity to 2) before trying to open the DirectShow device. After you have tried, paste messages here.

Yes, it is.

When I it "refresh" button nothing happens. The same with "configure" button.

I am using VLC 1.0.2 portable version.
