Hi All,
I was able to find, both Media and Playlist...but when I click on Media for example...and unfortunately, my MP3's are scattered amongst 2 older hard drives, that were poorly added to my new computer. So, I tried I found the folder that kept about 8 gigs of mp3's. However, there are a few yellow folders in it as well.
It appears that the only way, I could add...each song, would be "ONE BY ONE"...?

I tried finding the backup/my music...and underneath typing, *,mp3 or *.*. but I can't get them. Only as I wrote, in piece meal.

I'm hoping there's something I'm missing...as I want to transfer everything form RealPlayer over to VLC Player...
In Real Player it locates all the files, but so does, "Files and folders". In FIles and Folders I clicked, ".mp3 and thousands of songs came up. But I haven't a clue how to add them...as I even copied and pasted the address of the majorityh of those mp3's...but, because some have yellow folders in them (I Dont' know the reason)...i'm not getting EVERYTHING...not even close.

Second Question, I tried by adding a complete folder (music), but within that folder, there were 100's items that are wave sounds from SIMS and other garbage, how can I delete those, without keeping the good? Can I start over...I really don't want to delete VLC and restore it... Thanks a lot......JCatGuy
VLC plays MKV movies, that's great!

PS

For first question, create playlist in Real Player and open it in VLC.

For second, you can manually delete items from VLC playlist.
