how do i run this line on windows startup

C:\Program Files\VideoLAN\VLC>vlc.exe --loop -f movie.mov

to have this movie played looped fullscreen after my computer started up.

this should work
type the line into notepad - save it as start.bat - then add start.bat to start-programs-startup menu
