Weird behavior of "Jump to specific time" while using keyb

When I run VLC and start a video, I can't use Ctrl+T to invoke "Jump to specific time" function - nothing happens. I have to use menu, but after choosing appropriate item, the "Go to time" dialog has no focus, so it's impossible to set focus to it using keyboard - or is it? Maybe I'm just missing something. VLC 1.0.1, WinXP Profi
