Problems TV card! Only white and black!

Hi, I have a Tv Capture Card (ENCORE ENLTV-FM whith chipset philips) but with VLC only work in white and blank, this TV card with other Software works OK!. when I open and close the VLC (many) VLC begins to work fine!
I have the Mega K-Lite Codec pack (the last)
The TV card support PAL-N, NTSC, PAL-M, SECAM
What is the problem?

What colorspace VLC chooses when you start to watch TV with VLC? (Tools -> Messages... and set Verbosity to 2 before opening the stream and paste messages here)

I can`t see this option, I have the version 0.8.5 in Spanish
but the problem is that my TV card works in PAL-N and VLC no detect automatic this configuration.
I want VLC works in PAL-N, because I use "Server TV" for remote control channel, and when ServerTV opens VLC, It runs in PAL-B. How can I do for it works in PAL-N???

I use VLC for watch cable TV and streaming to LAN by RTP

Update to newer VLC. 0.8.x series isn't supported anymore.
