query on audio plugin support

There are plugins for stuff like MOD, XM and IT tracker files.
Is there one available for SID files?

Foobar has one but it'd be nice if VLC had one, I'd have no use for Foobar at all then ;-)

You don't know what SID files are? Either your very young or you lived in a cave during the 80's.
SID files were Commodore 64 music audio files.
