Hi,
Tonight, I download the latest daily built, branch-20090626-0004, and immediately after the installing it, I found the following problem:
1) fire up vlc with playlist window open.
2) drag a file, say named 蘇州夜曲.mp4, into the playlist window.
Instead of displaying the proper filename in the entry, it displays ????.mp4. The same procedure does not show in branch-20090623-0005; i.e., it displays 蘇州夜曲.mp4 properly in the playlist window. Since it works in branch-20090623-0005, I decided to give branch-20090625-0005 a try and it is broken there as well.

Does this affect playback, or only the presentation in the playlist ?
