Annoying GUI switching when playing videos from playlist

hi

ive got VLC 0.9.9 on Win Vista but the same error happens on XP

I have 24 videos in my VLC playlist, the playlist is in a constant loop, so the 24 videos play over and over whole day...

The videos are HD QuickTime Trailers

My intention is having an undisturbed flow of 24 hollywood trailers showing on a big LCD throughout the whole day without any sign that the videos are being played from PC, so i run in fullscreen and i have disabled any GUI controls and OSD... so the cinematic flow of HD trailers is uninterupted...

BUT

On PC (Vista and XP) everytime a new video is played from the playlist the FULLSCREEN switches into windowed mode and than back into FULLSCREEN... crap !

On Mac (OSX, VLC 0.9.9) this doesnt happen and the VLC stays in FULLSCREEN without any switching fluently playing one video in playlist after another without any GUI or other distractions showing up on the screen, just a flow of trailers without any pauses...

how do i make PC behave like MAC ????
