FLAC file stopping at specific time

I am in the process of digitizing my CD collection and I've now found one track that just stops playing after about 25 seconds. Pull the play-indicator past this point and it plays without problems. The original WAV plays OK. I do not know if this is a problem with VLC or with FLAC, but any suggestions would be welcome. If someone would like to have a look at the files, I can RAR them and upload them to one of the many free file storage sites, but given the size of the two files, even when RAR'ed of almost 40Mb, I'd prefer to get any suggestions first. (And if there is a way to cut down both files, that would of course be ideal, any hints as to how to do so would be greatly appreciated)

Thanks,

Robert

Some FLACs don't play correctly. As j-b said, sample would help.

I've uploaded one broken file (I've now found several more) to Rapidshare, if stops after about 14 seconds. Pull the slider past this point and it will play on.

The URL is http://rapidshare.com/files/279156886/b ... 14sec_.zip

Win XP Pro SP3, 3700+ Athlon, VLC 1.01 Goldeneye.

Sorry for the long time, holidays and lost the original broken files. :(

Any clues when we can expect this? At the current rate, this CD will come back in rotation in about three months... :D
