Bottom toolbar keeps disappearing
When I first downloaded VLC media player, during play a toolbar would appear at the bottom of the screen when I moved the mouse, which I found to be very convenient. Then after a few weeks this toolbar stopped appearing when the mouse was moved, and I could only get the toolbar again by pressing "ESC". I downloaded VLC again and the same thing is happening again after two weeks. Windows XP Pro. Any ideas how to fix this? Thanks for any help.
