an unwanted windows popup alert in the taskbar

Hi!

I want to report a problem in a nightly build (vlc-1.0.0-rc1-20090519-0004-win32) that should
be removed before release. Unless I have missed something (always possible).
When VLC media player is minimized to windows taskbar and a NEW song is started with a double click,
then the interface does not come back on the desktop, but instead windows (xp pro - with servicepack 3 US)
comes with a popup alert in the taskbar, that the player starts a song. While it stays minimized.
Such welknown popup messages can be disabled for native windows crap in the security center, but for now,
I have not found a way yet, to let vlc-1.0.0-rc1-20090519-0004-win32 say goodbye to this new found behaviour
(compared to the 0.9.9 release version).
It's not a good idea for a final release version. Just so you know!
Thanks for your work!

Could you paste a screenshot showing the alert?

Image

Started the mp4-file on the right with doubleclick.
The popup has to be clicked away now.
VLC player stays put in the taskbar, upperleft.

Preferences (All) -> Interface -> Main interfaces -> Qt -> Show notification popup on track change

Turn if off, problem solved.

Clearly, I don't see the issue.
