Few bugs v.0.9.9

[Excalibur]

Bug no.1:
When VLC is in Fullscreen, I Alt-Tab to Explorer or Total Commander, execute another video file, VLC disappeares in StartBar. It reapeares only when I jump from fullscreen to normal screen. - Versions before had same issue.

Bug no.2:
While playing in maximized screen (not a fullscreen), I start another video (during the previous video or when previous video ends), VLC doesn't stay maximized, but instead it goes to the top left corner with original video size. When trying to maximize, it doesn't, but instead it minimizes video screen (it looks like starting VLC only), I can stretch VLC border to see video, and then maximize, or just maximize. Previous version did that, but without minimizing video screen (starting VLC only)

Bug no.3:
When accessing prefrences during fullscreen/maximized/normal video, after a few sec. properties goes to background for some unknown reason. (also previous version did that)

Yes. Never preferred running 2 movies at the same time

Bung No.2: Wish to add in "VLC doesn't stay maximized, but instead it goes to the top left corner with original video size", that it goes to the top left corner of desktop.
