Problem with MPEG2 TS on bitrate > 3.5mbps

Hello,

I am trying to stream MPEG 2 transport stream, when the bitrate is > 3.5mpbs I got macroblocks all over.

I am using VLC 0.9.8.a as a plugin (active x).

Please help.

You re-encode the video or you feed existing file forward?

I am feeding the Video strait from an IP video encoder (sent to multicast address).

You get any error messages to VLC message log?
