Flashing on going to fullscreen

When going to fullscreen vlc flashes for an instant. Apparently white.
A fast test with a black desktop indicated that it is not the desktop.
Other display providers did not give an acceptable result on the second screen. (First one not tested) I may have missed one but I don't think so.
I use vlc on the second monitor. Windows XP. nvidia graphic card.

Anyone an idea?

P.S. Thanks to the devlopers for enabling me to use the second monitor with a current version in fullscreen at all! Great programm!
