Hi,
i'm trying to capture audio of the line-in port of my soundadapter using direct show. In windows i can hear the sound, but vlc doesnt get it.
does somebody know about that?

meanwile i can listen to the captured audio. wrong config 
but now i try to stream it. i am able to stream a mp3 file, but when i try to stream the direct show audio nothing is on client.

What you hear from speakers and what gets recorded are two different things. So you are sure you have selected the correct recording device?
