Maybe it is not possible to not obtain a little loss - but then as less as possible
My video editing program cannot deal with .FLV files (that is Flash Video files)
The codec of the FLV-file:
VP6F
356X240
29.981 Fps
398 kbps
(sound mp3 96 kbps)

Have you tried AVIdemux? It has better support for lossless encoding in case you want to do some editing.

Thank you very much for your advice
I think yes - I have tried the AVIdemux - as I remember the program, it is very bad to - in a easy way - to multihandle many clips and breaking down a clip into
multiple segments in one workflow
Also I am trying not to install to many programs - it slows down the computer which is well-known
But do you think that AVIdemux is a good converter from .FLV to AVI or MPEG
When I tried using VLC - for instance converting from .FLV to mpeg or .WMV the sound is missing and the solution aint the same for the finish result (.FLV = 368 x 240 -> WMV = 352 x 238)??

You don't have to install VLC nor AVIdemux, you can just extract the zip content to some folder and use the programs.
MPEG encoding (MPEG-1, MPEG-2 and MPEG-4) are always lossy, so don't use that as output if you want to keep quality intact. Same for WMV, VLC doesn't support lossless Windows Media Encoding, only lossy ones.

Well if you are using AVIDemux which kind of output format will you suggest the FLV-file (Data: VP6F, 356X240, 29.981 Fps, 398 kbps, (sound mp3 96 kbps)) to be converted to?

Huffyuv or YV12 for video if you want to keep it lossless. Copy for audio and format AVI.
