how can i make vlc to recognizes my DVB card

i want to stream tv over my network but i have a problem, vlc doesn't recognize my DVB card

what can i do to make vlc recognize my card to accomplish my idea ?

Your DVB card is using BDA drivers? So for example ProgDVB with BDA selection can open it?
