strange color with an AVI from a SWF

Hello eveybody, I've made a AVI from a flash movie. when I open it in VLC the colors are changes ! (for exemple red became blue) but in windows Media Player all is ok. could you tell me what is the problem ?

Chroma issue, it should be fixed in 1.0.0 test version
