DVB-subs as prefered subtitles

After the update from ver. 0.8.6 there has been a change in the way subtitles in a dvb .ts file is handled. In version 0.8.6 it was no problem to make the dvb subtitles the prefered ones (by setting the prefered subtitle language), but now in 0.9.8a vlc makes teletext subtitles the default even if they are empty, so I have to change this manually every time I want subtitles. Have I missed an option in the settings - or what?

Someone else reported this also. AFAIK there isn't any new option to fix this. You want a feature request ticket for this?

I would love a feature, where you could set the type of wanted subtitles default - this would also be a help to hard of hearing people!

Wouldn't it be possible to change the prefered order. I think that DVB-subtitles should be ranged higher than teletext subtitles if both are supported from broadcaster.

As it is now TV-viewing danes have to use ver. 0.8.6......
