Just upgraded to 0.9.8a
XP SP3

DL art when track starts playing.

no art folder in D:\Documents and Settings\Steve.KI\Application Data\vlc
(only a file called vlcrc is there)

The only uncommon settings is that I dual boot XP c:\ or d:\. VLC is on the D: drive.

Worked with 0.9.6
I have uninstalled and reinstalled VLC twice.

Any ideas?

%appdata%\vlc should have other files also, like vlc-qt-interface.ini.
