Is there anyway to watch my webcam through VLC or to stream it through UDP so I may watch it?

(its a simple radioschack webcam, with almost no software installed)

I can watch my webcam streamed to VLC, http embeded VLC and http embeded WMP.
I've Logitech webcam, but cheap webcam should be possible as well.

I'm on Win XP, VLC 0.9.8a

I got it to work, Just had to re-install the drivers
