Auto resize of videos

Postby alf » 05 Jan 2009 02:35

Hello,

I need a method to automatically resize any video with a different encoding to 16:9 scale. Currently, I have to manually change the screen scale in VLC for my widescreen TV to get it in an appropriate shape (without black stripes on the left and right side). In my case, a 4:3 scale video should be openend in 16:9 scale without user interactíon. My software platform is Windows XP Professional, VLC is used in standard configuration, I can give you any further information needed on request.
