Hello Everyone,
Has anyone faced a problem with pausing videos in the new release? When I click 'Pause' it does indeed pause, but after a duration of almost 3 to 4 seconds. Same case when resuming play. The audio starts playing, but the video takes some time to catch up.
Any quick solution?

It will pause after the caching is done. So if you want else, you shorten your cache or you wait for 1.0.

I don't know what j-b is talking about and I really do not care(to start going through technical manuals) since this(pause-restart lagging) was not a problem before and now is.

Nope. VLC has always emptied the cache before pausing ( 300ms for file)
