how to save?

Hey can any one help me know how to save a mpeg 4 video. I don't want to edit it just save it...
I need it in a format so i can download it on to facebook....
Please help i know little about computers :oops:

Media -> Convert/Save, then select the file you want to convert then press Convert/Save and from profile choose IPod (mp4/aac) and tick File and Browse location and filename (use .mp4 as file extension) and press Save.
